Denise M. Dojka, Psy.D., Geneva IL

Denise Dojka, Psy.D., licensed clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and evaluator. I have a private practice in the western suburbs of Chicago. Grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, I accompany my clients on their journey to more authentic, zestful lives and mutuality in relationships. I have particular interests in trauma, chronic pain, international adoption and social justice.

I hold undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Gerontology, and Social Work. My Master’s degree was completed in clinical Social Work. I have over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals, primarily older adults, in various clinical settings. I have been studying and applying RCT since discovering the theory in 1999. Molly Hinchman received an MSW and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Michigan. In 40 years of practice as a psychotherapist and consultant, her commitment to the concepts of Relational Cultural Theory has been the theoretical and practical underpinning of her work with a diverse group of clients. She helps clients move towards relationships that are fulfilling,meaningful and effective. Her goal is to support and foster courage to trust and to reach out to others; to increase the ability to make changes in personal lives and the world around them.







Erica J. Seidel, PsyD., Brooklyn, NY Erica Siedel

I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in New York City. I am in private practice in Brooklyn, NY and work full time in the Counseling Center at CUNY’s Borough of Manhattan Community College. Having been connected to the world of Relational Cultural Theory for over two decades, I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, culturally informed therapy to individuals and couples. My interests include college student mental health, professional ethics, social justice, and relational therapy.
